Landscape Committee

PURPOSE:

These volunteers are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the community's common areas by reviewing landscaping needs, selecting and managing landscaping contractors, and providing recommendations to the HOA board on landscaping improvements, all aimed at preserving property values and enhancing the community's appearance. ​
