ARC Committee Annual Paint Check

Every January, our ARC Committee takes a stroll through the neighborhood to spot any homes that might need a little paint TLC. Homeowners have one year to make any updates, which can be as simple as a quick touch-up or power wash.

Visit Dunn Edwards website to select your color scheme.   Approved Schemes

• Homes next door to each other or directly across the street can not be the same color scheme.

• Over the years, different schemes have been discontinued or removed. Therefore your home may not be painted the original color if that scheme is no longer available

• The Dunn Edwards color codes are listed in their website: however other paint brands can be used. Paint retailers should have a cross-reference to other brand paint color codes.

• Submit your Design Review Application online by logging into the Portal and clicking on “Account info” and then “Architectural Requests”

• Please upload the application and any other information relevant to the process.

• Front Door Colors:

  • If you wish to choose a different front door color for a “pop of color”, please provide the paint code, name and a sample chip of the color with your application. 

  • Review of front colors will be based on the home's future/current paint color to make sure they coordinate well.

• If you have any questions, please reach out to management and they can get in touch with the Architectural committee to help in any way.

• We understand the financial implications of this. If you need to request an extension please reach out to management.

  • We currently give you 1 full year to complete this process. After 1 year, fines can begin to accrue.
