Parking Highlights:
Homeowners must use their driveways to capacity for vehicle parking (either 2 car or 3 cars as built) before parking on any community streets. o Commercial Work Trucks must be parked in the homeowner driveway and not on community streets. The vehicle must fit on the driveway so as to be off of yard landscaping and NOT encroaching on any sidewalk areas o RV’s/Boats-No other vehicles (including, but not limited to, mobile homes, motor homes, boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, trucks, campers, permanent tents or similar vehicles or equipment) shall be kept, places or maintained on the property except within a fully enclosed garage connected to the residential unit.
Temporary RV/Boat parking is available by emailing deron@gudhoa.com with your address, type of vehicle and date. Rv’s and Boats must be parked on paved surfaces for up to 48 hours and may not be occupied while parked. All slide outs must be pulled in if your RV is parked on the street. Please do not block sidewalks, driveways or mailboxes (please read the rules and regulations and the CC& R’s for more information).
Trash in Skyline Ranch 1 is provided by waste connections. Please contact them at Waste Connections or 844-708-7274 to set up services. Trash is NOT included in your HOA fees and must be paid directly to Waste Connections.
Trash and recycling is picked up every Wednesday. You are permitted to put the cans out the day before, and they must be put away ( out of site) by the next day.
Bulk pick up is available at no cost by submitting a request online at https://www.wasteconnections.com/services/residential/bulk-pick-up/. Bulk pick up is every 3rd Monday of the month, but has to be scheduled in order for them to pick it up. Trash cans can be placed out the night before and you have until the next day to bring them back in.
Here in San Tan Valley, you are not automatically covered if there is an emergency and the fire department needs to help you. To get covered, you will need to subscribe to Rural Metro. https://www.ruralmetrofire.com/ or by calling 1-800-624-5835.
Any lease or rental agreement must be in writing. All leases must be for an entire residence and lot and must have a minimum term of thirty (30) days. Owners are required to inform management company of any such lease agreements. NO SHORT TERM RENTALS ALLOWED.
All mailboxes are owned and maintained by the HOA. If you need a new key, you may contact Express Lock and Key at 480-440-4424 and pay for a new lock/key. If you do not know which mailbox is yours, The Queen Creek Post Office can help you. You can reach them at 480-888-2214.
